It's hard to pick one eco-region for the rest of one's life. I strongly recommend 83 in summer and fall but definitely not in winter unless you are a skier!
A little too cold for me! If I'm going that part of the country, either 84 or 59 for me. Though I guess summer gets pretty muggy there.
Yes, I'm from NYC and can attest to the mugginess. But the area is also amazing in the summer, especially with all the beaches!
